The travel/hiking trail is a path that links north, center and south of the land; offering unique tastes, cultures, adventures and experiences for those who hike it.
It is a taste of Israel.
The trail had been marked with the assistance of the Society for the Protection of Nature in Israel.
It stretches between the Dan River, at the north of Israel, until the city of Eilat, at the most southern point. The trail is a 580-mile-long route.
Main points along the route are:
- The “Amud” valley
- The Sea of Galilee
- The Arbel cliff
- Makhtesh Ramon (“the Ramon Crater”)
- Walking through the ancient highway ” the Incense Route”
And many others sights of interest.
The unique aspect is that the traveler can choose the part of the trail that he/she desires to explore (you can hike it all, of course!), enjoying passages through Banana plantations; Orchards; climbing on cliffs; hiking on sand or dust;
marching through the desert and more…
The path offers varied scenery, it enables quality of time with family or friends (who hike together) and it enables meeting people along the route; people who represent the quality of Israel. For more I formation call the Society for the
