If so, you should know that the city of Haifa hosts its 20th international Cartoons contest, in year 2014.
This year’s theme is children. He formal subject is “The status and role of kids in society”.
Entry deadline is May 9th, 2014.
The contest is open to adult cartoonists from all over the world and bears prizes.
