The Immanuel Lutheran Church in Jaffa

The Immanuel Lutheran Church in Jaffa is a gem, to surely be visited.

The church was built in 1904 and is situated in the old American/German Colony just before Jaffa turns into the vicinity of Tel Aviv.

Since 1955 the Norwegian Church Ministry in Israel has been in charge of the premises.

Today a number of congregations -besides the Lutheran- are using the facilities.

The church is open for the public Tuesday – Friday from 10 until 14.

Groups are also welcome.

There are approximately 10-12 a year; mainly organ concerts.

All concerts are free of charge – but the church does accept donations at the end of the concert.

All concerts start at 20:30 unless otherwise stated. Doors open 30 minutes prior to the concert.

There is no parking available on Be'er Hofman.

It is advised to use the parking lot at Elifelet Street.
